This is the personal information privacy policy ("Policy") of AUDCO (collectively, “AUDCO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, or any similar term).
This Policy applies to personal information held by us. This is intended to inform all individuals (collectively, “Users”, “you”, “your”), who browse, use or access our Site at https://www.au-dco.com (the “Site”) and/or use our Services of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any data and information provided by you.

By accessing or otherwise using our platform, you declare that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to us processing your Personal Data in accordance with the manner as set out in this Policy, which is incorporated into and forms a part of our Terms of Use.
You are accorded with rights stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (collectively referred to as the “PDPA”) and we will be abided by the provisions in PDPA. We will only process your Personal Data in accordance with the PDPA, the applicable regulations, guidelines, orders made under PDPA, and any statutory amendments or re-enactments made of the PDPA from time to time as well as this Policy. Your Personal Information will not be used or disclosed for purposes for which you have not given consent, or which are not permitted under applicable law.

Information You Provide To Us

The types of Personal Information collected depend on the purpose of collection. We may process your Personal Information by way of collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and/or disclosing it.
The term "information" means any information in our possession or control that relates directly or indirectly to an individual to the extent that the individual can be identified or identifiable from that and other information in our possession, which includes but not limited to your Contact Information, such as your email address; and your Financial Information such as your wallet address.
The Personal Information may be collected during your course of dealings with us in any way or manner including pursuant to any transaction and/or communications made from/with us.
Below are some of the examples of how the Information can be obtained:

  1. when you create or edit your account and user profile on our website and/or apps;
  2. when you communicate with us and sending us your feedback by e-mail, live chat, telephone, direct mail or any other means;
  3. when you conduct certain types of transaction; and

The Personal Information as furnished by you to us or collected by us from you or through such sources as may be necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes at the time it was sought or collected, may be processed and/or used, including but not limited to the following purposes and/or following ways:

Providing Services and Features

We may use the Information provided to assess and process your application, to verify your identity, for registration of an account with us. We may also use the Information to provide, personalize, maintain and improve our platform, products and services, and to offer you additional information, opportunities, promotions and functionality from us, including as we described in the Term of Use. The Information will be used while processing your transactions as well.

Safety and Security

We may use your Personal Information to help maintain the safety, security and integrity of you and our services to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity. We may also use your Personal Information to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences. This helps us to improve and enhance the safety and security or our services, improve our ability to prevent the use of our services for illegal or improper purposes and development of new features and products relating to our services.

The Information collected will help us to verify your identity when you contact us to send in your inquiries, comments and suggestions. We will be able to use your Information to respond to you and/or resolve disputes if any.

  3. our professional advisors and external auditors and other similar services that we partner with to provide our products and services, including legal advisors, financial advisors and consultants;
  4. any person which in relation to any merger, sale of company assets, financing, public offering of securities, and/or acquisition of all or a portion of our business; and
  5. governmental and regulatory authorities to comply with statutory, regulatory and governmental requirements.

Please note that your personal information may be transferred, stored and processed outside Malaysia.

Storage and Retention of Information

The Personal Information provided by you shall be stored associated with your account as long as your account remains active and/or as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, in order to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it and for other legitimate business purposes, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and accounting requirements.

We will do our best to ensure that you are notified of any substantive amendments to the Privacy policy and such notice will be announced on our application and/or our website, or will be sent by email to the address associated with your account.
